To Add a property to the SP property search database, follow the steps below.
1) Sign Up!
Register as Broker/Agent, Developer, Property Owner/Investor, or Institutional Investor, whichever best describes you.
2) Input property information.
Fill out the For Sale or For Lease property listing form.
3) Activate.
Use SP credits to activate your listing and become viewable in the property search database.
